Una maravillosa experiencia familiar 15 Days Tour to Ethiopia Addis Ababa Una maravillosa experiencia y un recuerdo inolvidable. 865954213 Este año decidimos mi hija adoptiva de 14 años y yo, visitar su país de nacimiento. Contratamos a Tilahum Belay, al que habíamos conocido por referencias de otras familias, y no podemos estar más agradecidas por haber vivido esta experiencia junto a él y a nuestro maravilloso conductor. Nos sentimos seguras en todo momento y casi como en familia. Nos cuidó, respetó nuestros momentos de intimidad; se notaba que tenía mucha experiencia y conocía a todo el mundo allá por dónde íbamos. Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto, que nos recibió con flores, hasta que nos dejó a la vuelta, fue un gran apoyo. Visitamos todo el sur y gracias a la planificación de Tilahum coincidimos con los mejores mercadillos. Nos alojamos en hoteles bastante buenos e incluso llegamos a darnos un masaje en uno de la cadena de Haile en Arba Minch. Como etiocubano, Nos podíamos comunicar con él fácilmente en español y llegamos hasta a bailar una salsa. En definitiva, una maravillosa experiencia familiar de la que guardaremos un eterno maravilloso recuerdo. Ojalá podamos repetir y si lo hacemos, volvamos a coincidir con él.

interesante país con muchas antiguedades el tour al norte de etiopia funcionó perfecto,los tramos largos los hicimos en avión, nos recogieron siempre puntual,los guías nos atendieron bastante bien. un hotel nos cambiaron en bahir dar ,muy desabastecido de desayuno y comidas con un personal que hablaba la nada de ingles, el resto bien

Tour ideal Excelente tour, los hoteles muy bien elegidos y todas las ciudades con guías muy correctos y especializados. Nos esperaban en todos los aeropuertos sin falta. Lo recomiendo 100%

Saw a lot in a small amount of time. When we decided to head to Ethiopia we had many tour operators to choose from. We went with A One Tours because 1) they were able to accommodate our short time frame packed with the different things we wanted to do, and 2) were very responsive to our emails. Upon arriving in Addis Ababa, Mike met us outside the airport and introduced us to our local guide, Wendi and our driver. There was a little confusion regarding where we were supposed to meet them as our meeting place was a few hundred yards outside the terminal. Mike had mentioned that drivers weren’t allowed to pick up guests at the terminal but the airport layout made it nonetheless confusing. We immediately contacted him through What’s App and everything was resolved quickly. During our ten days in Ethiopia, we had a total of five domestic flights within Ethiopia with a different local guide and driver for every leg of the trip. The one constant was Mike. Although he was not with us for any of the trip except for the last day in Addis before our return flight home, he always made sure to text us at every locale to let us know the time our driver was supposed to pick us up. This made traveling very stress-free. All the guides A One Tours provided us with were excellent, knowledgeable, and very personable. They made sure we were able to see everything their beautiful country had to offer. Everything was well planned and went smoothly. On the last day of our trip, Mike picked up us up at the airport and took us wherever we wanted to go in Addis. We requested to go to a supermarket to pick up some snacks to bring back home; Mike promptly made it happen. We asked to try some coffee at a commercial coffee bar and he brought us to his favorite, Tomoka. Overall, Mike has a genuine desire to appease his guests and it shows. We are very happy we booked with A One Tours and would gladly use them again in the future.

Mike is a good travel agent. 我們一行人總共三人，在Ethiopia待了22天，全程都交由MIKE的公司安排，以下是在各方面我給予的評價。 A.住宿方面總體評價 ☆☆☆☆ 在旅館的安排上，可以感受到MIKE的用心，如先前旅行討論時所說，都是安排當地最好的飯店，即便中間有些旅館因為所在位置的因素無法充分供應洗澡用的熱水，但整體而言都是乾淨舒適的。 Jupiter Hotel ☆☆☆☆☆ 這是我們住宿的第一間旅館，地理位置優越，附近就有超市可以購買一些伴手禮，雖然旅館內的消費是較高的，但服務人員的態度與禮貌都非常不錯，是一間可以信賴的旅館。 Hotel Maribela ☆☆☆☆☆ 這間位於Lalibela的旅館，是我們整個行程中最喜歡的，除了隨時可以喝到現煮的咖啡，旅館的服務人員讓我們賓至如歸，房間的陽台打開有當地最好的風景。 Abayminch Lodge ☆☆☆☆ 環境可愛，但是遇到新年齋戒的關係，早餐有些單調，不過洗衣服務非常便宜。 Goha Hote l☆☆☆☆ 可以俯瞰整個Gonder town市區，因為在山上所以只能在旅館的餐廳用餐，味道不差，但房間規劃有些許瑕疵，常常會踢到腳趾，只有在公共區域有無線網路。 Semien lodge ☆☆☆☆ 位於國家公園的Lodge，徒步就可以走到獅尾狒的棲息地，但這裡也是我洗到冰水澡的第一晚，只有在公共區域有無線網路，住客統一在這裡吃晚餐，味道不錯。 Sabean Hotel ☆ 這是整個行程最不愉快的旅館之一，但在Axum沒有其他選擇了，旅館跳電導致我兩次被困在一片漆黑電梯裡面，旅館餐廳服務生衛生習慣與態度都非常不佳，食物則是一場災難。 Gheralta Lodge ☆☆☆☆ 我們很喜歡這裡的環境，如果可以寧可取消Axum的所有行程，然後在這裡待久一點，唯一可惜的是這裡的晚餐是自助餐的形式，沒有太多的選擇，並不好吃，在這裡第一次看到星空。 Planet Hotel ☆☆☆ 所有旅館中，消費單價最高的旅館，大約是市價的4倍左右，餐廳服務態度不佳，但門房協助處理事情的態度很積極，常常會跳電，不過有SPA和健身房與泳池，在旅途中給予了適當放鬆空間，洗衣服很貴，這裡我們住了兩晚。 Eco Omo Lodge ☆☆☆☆ 有許多有趣的房型可以選擇，我們居住的是兩層小屋，網路不穩定只有餐廳才有，是一個很舒適的森林住宿體驗，也有美麗的星空。 Haile Resort ☆☆☆☆ 這是一個連鎖旅館，在南部旅程中我們住了兩間所在位置不同的旅館，食物好吃，是南部行程最舒適的住宿空間。 Paradise Lodge ☆☆☆ 位於悍馬部落附近的旅館，也是一間連鎖旅館，不過我們所住的這間並沒有完工，地上有很多帶刺的植物，不小心就會被刺到，餐廳的料理算是好吃，但因為地廣人稀，所以員工態度都很鬆散，效率低落。 Kanta lodge ☆☆☆ 有一個非常美麗的用餐環境，讓人有一種杵在義大利托斯卡尼的錯覺，不過浴室的熱水啟用需要一些時間，水壓也不足，為了不浪費水資源，洗澡洗得很克難。 Sabana Beach Resort ☆☆☆☆ 位於湖畔的度假旅館，SAP只開到18:00 ，浴室的水應該是直接取用湖水，沒有經過良好的過濾，所以水都是黃的，網路不穩定只有餐廳才有，餐廳的環境舒適。 B.嚮導與行程總體評價☆☆☆☆ Tourist guide 1: Wendy ☆☆☆ (Addis Ababa city tour & Jinka to Addis Ababa 8days )☆☆☆ Wendy 算是整個旅行中與我們相處最久的嚮導，也是第一個嚮導，但也是最令人難以評價的的一位，他負責的是Addis Ababa city tour 以及南部部落行程。 在Addis Ababa city tour的部分，他無疑是一個經驗豐富的導遊，整體而言我們都能夠滿意，在南部行程中就比較讓人困惑了。 在拜訪Mursi族的前一晚，他對我們說因為Mursi族正在打仗，有安全的問題，所以行程必須做調整，所以自那天開始，我們的南部行程就沒有按照計畫去走，但因為當地網路並不發達，所以我們也無法求證是否是符合事實。 之後的幾天，行程都非常早結束，大約14:00-15:00 就抵達旅館，理由是他與司機的住宿地點都非常遙遠，所以必須要這樣安排。 到了咖啡農場的行程，又說產區非常不安全，並且不是產季，所以再度更改行程，帶我們一個只有幾個咖啡樹的農家參觀(並且表示，如果沒有購買東西的話，我們必須支付小費，但是這個農家根本沒有東西可以買)，去路邊買的雜貨店買品質非常糟的咖啡，這個部份我們有和MIKE溝通，但於事無補。 並且私下表示，未來如果有Ethiopia的旅遊需求，可以不用透過MIKE直接找他即可，這讓我覺得他們的合作關係十分玩味。 我們與MIKE的旅行合約中費用已經包含了當地導覽人員的費用，但他是唯一一個持續要求我們再額外支付小費給當地工作人員的導遊。 更改過後的南部行程，大致上來說不差，所以我也不能說他不好，也不能說是滿意。 因為像是Sidama人村落 與King Haile Silase Recreational palace就完全沒有去。 Tourist guide 2: 我忘記名字 ☆☆☆☆ (Lalibela Tour 2days) Lalibela的行程非常推薦，他的文化遺產會讓所有人吃驚，這裡的嚮導專業度與耐心都蠻足夠的，會保留足夠的時間讓我們拍攝牆壁上的畫作。 Tourist guide 3: Haileyesus Dejen ☆☆☆☆☆ (Bahirdar + BlueNile + Lake Tana 2days)☆☆☆☆ Haileyesus Dejen是我們此行最喜歡的嚮導，並且我們之間也交了朋友，他還邀請我們參加了自己家庭的新年活動，他的導覽我們都很滿意， Lake Tana島上的紀念品與咖啡豆是整個旅程中最貴的，如果喜歡傳統飾品建議可以在南部在購買，咖啡豆雖然貴，但這個產區的產量稀少，還是值得購買。) *因為 Ethiopia有外匯管制，所以我們能攜帶的美金不多，不然即便Lake Tana島上的紀念品比其他地方都貴，但在我們日常消費水平中也是算低的) 另外前往途中，因為遇到大雨，車子陷入泥沼中，我們必須下去推車，導致時間不足無法去拜訪Awramba村落，有些可惜，不過主因應該是這段的車子不是四輪傳動車導致。 Tourist guide 4 : 名字太難拼 ☆☆☆☆☆ (Gonder town + SemienMountains national park 2days )☆☆☆☆☆ 學者的氣息是我對這位導遊的第一印象，在介紹歷史古城時可以娓娓道來，讓人非常滿足，在他的帶領像我們像是上了一堂豐富的自然與歷史文化課程，我們近距離地與獅尾狒相處，並且在四千三百公尺上追蹤西敏羱羊非常過癮。 Tourist guide 5 : 沒有印象 ☆☆☆☆ (Axum 1day)☆☆ Axum雖然是傳說中約櫃的收藏地，整體而言就是一個漂亮的大公園，沒有甚麼印象深刻的回憶，導遊也十分的有禮貌，但因為相處時間太短，所以沒有太多的交集，加上住宿地點Sabean Hotel的體驗太差，覺得可有可無。 Tourist guide 6 Haile (與第3的導遊同名不同人) ☆ (Debredamo Rock-hewn Churches) ☆☆☆ 這個Haile是整個旅程中最糟糕的導遊。他不是mike公司的員工，所以主要陪伴我們的是司機，導遊則是當地人上去岩石教堂，會有一個額外的費用是讓守門的民兵協助你攀上垂直的岩壁，價格公開透明可以，但在我們回程要回車上時，這位導遊私下以人身安全為理由向我們索要高額費用，被我們拒絕後，檢石頭丟無辜的驢子洩憤，非常可惡，並且欺騙MIKE說是一場誤會，如果大家要去這邊請務必要小心他。 Rock-hewn Churches的風景算是厲害，教堂內部普通，可以遠挑曾經是同一國的厄垂利亞。 Tourist guide 7 唯一一名女性導遊 ☆☆ (Gheralta Rock-Tigrai Churches 1days) ☆☆☆☆ 不得不稱讚此處的風景非常厲害，但上路程的危險性也是呈正比，必須面對許多垂直的岩壁，如果沒有攀岩經驗要上去是非常困難的，這段旅程本來有三個健行路線要走，我們只完成了一個，就決定去下一個城市，原因如下。 1.當地農夫假裝修士上山索要小費，還會與其他人互通有無......。 2.當地人會聚集在一處岩壁上的小平台，賺取一些小費，即便你沒有主動要求他們幫忙，他們也會積極的幫你，拉拉扯扯增加了許多危險性，這讓人有一種被勒索的感覺，而且處在一個有危險性的地貌上，讓人威脅感倍增，嚮導無法妥善處理這個問題，所以我們決定取消後續的行程。 Tourist guide 8 ETT ☆☆☆☆☆ (Dallol+Ert-Ale Volcano 3days) ☆☆☆☆☆ 這是屬於外包的tour，這個行程值得挑戰，它會是你人生中的精采片段。 C.司機方面總體評價 ☆☆☆☆☆ MIKE的司機都是正直的好人，在整個路程上給予我們許多協助，讓人很放心。 整體而言我會推薦MIKE的公司，雖然旅行中有一些意外狀況產生，但就責任來說不能都歸咎於它，在該國現在的旅遊環境來說，它是一間非常OK的公司。

A memorable stress free holiday We spent 6 days in Ethiopia. Starting at Addis Ababa, we went to Lalibela, Gondar, Simien Mountains and Bahir Dar. Michael was very helpful in making suggestions on transportation and accommodations. He also met most of my request. There were some issues at a 2 of the hotels (there were 3 of us but we were given double rooms with no extra bed) but was quickly resolved. At each destinations, we were met by friendly and knowledgeable guides. Our driver, Jimmy, who met us at Gondar and drove us to Simien Mountains and Bahir Dar, is very accommodating and a good driver. He was very careful on the road. Whenever we want to stop to take in the view, he did so without hesitance. We had one of the most memorable and stress free holiday. Thanks to Michael and company.

Great tour with impeccable organization My wife and I did a Northern Ethiopia tour including the Danakil Depression, Erta Ale, Hawsen, Axum, Simien Mountains, Gondar, Bahir Dar and Lalibela in 11 days. Whilst a full on tour with quite a bit of time spent on the road, the journey from start to finish was epic and fantastic. AOne Tours provide drivers and regional guides as required. All transfers and driver changes were well co-ordinated and all guides were at the right place at the right time. We only experienced one problem of a driver not turning up - on day one! A call to Mike resolved the confusion and a driver picked us up within 10 minutes - the level of service I would hope for. Mike also tracked our trip all through to make sure everything was working. I have used a number of African tour operators and this company perform as well as you could possibly want - if I return to Ethiopia, I will not hesitate to use them again.
